Short Film News (SFN) - The 12th Annual LA Shorts Fest announced the return of Creative Commercial Competition.

All commercial entries will be screened at the Festival, and the deadline for entry in this category is July 1, 2008. For receiving the Commercial entry form, Applicants can contact with the festival via Email: [email protected].

LA Shorts Fest which is accredited by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences will include educational panels, interactive and entertaining events as well as exploring the emerging markets of online and mobile content delivery.

In past years, 29 participants have earned Academy Award nominations with 8 short films winning Oscars.
