Short Film News (SFN) -The winners of the 16th edition of the Vesoul International Film Festival of Asian Cinema were announced.
During the Closing Ceremony, Mr. Alain Chrétien, Vesoul Deputy Mayor, gave The Medal of Vesoul City to Mrs Aruna Vasudev, Founder and President of NETPAC (Network for the Promotion of Asian Cinema), at the occasion of the celebration of 20th anniversary of NETPAC which opened at FICA 16th festival.
