Korean Director Wins APSA - NETPAC Prize

Short Film News (SFN) -The 2009 APSA - NETPAC Development Prize went to Korean Baek Seung-Bin, the director and screenwriter of Members of the Funeral which was a nominee at Asia pacific Screen Awards – 2009.
