Short Film News (SFN)- Short Film News was announced as the superior website in the second Iran Cinema Press Festival.

Among the 28 Iranian Cinema website, the main prize was dedicated to Marjan Riahi, the Manager of Short Film News.

Fatemeh Motamed Arya Gave this prize to Marjan Riahi and mentioned that she asked the festival organizers to give this award to her because she was witnessed Marjan Riahis efforts and activities in introducing Iran short films and documentaries.

Marjan Riahi, after getting the award said that to keep an independent media is not a simple job especially when you are living in a country whose related cinema managers want to compete with you instead of supporting you.

She thanked Marziyeh Riahi who had accompanied her all these years in this mission. She said that they had had their own problems and difficulties but they our proud because they are independent!

SFN has been the Superior Website in Kish Documentaries Festival, Tehran International Short Film Festival, and The International Festival of Common Heritage.
